You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information as necessary to keep it accurate. jl09 is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain accurate account information.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your jl09 login credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify jl09 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized use of your account. jl09 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to adequately secure your credentials.
jl09 is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations and PAGCOR guidelines. Before processing any withdrawal, jl09 may require you to submit documentation verifying your identity, age, address, and payment method ownership.
Acceptable identity documents include, but are not limited to: Philippine passport, SSS ID, UMID, PhilHealth ID, driver's license, and Postal ID. Acceptable proof of address documents include utility bills, bank statements, and government-issued correspondence dated within the last three (3) months.
jl09 reserves the right to suspend withdrawals and restrict account activity pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable period may result in account suspension.
jl09 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available on the Platform from time to time. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).
The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. jl09 reserves the right to modify these minimums at any time with reasonable notice to players.
GCash and PayMaya withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals to BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are typically processed within one (1) to three (3) business days. jl09 does not charge withdrawal fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.
You represent and warrant that all funds deposited into your jl09 account are from legitimate sources and are not the proceeds of any criminal activity. jl09 reserves the right to report suspicious transactions to the appropriate Philippine authorities.
jl09 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. jl09's total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your jl09 account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
jl09 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. jl09 is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from technical failures, internet connectivity issues, or circumstances beyond jl09's reasonable control.
jl09 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the jl09 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
jl09 implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction, in compliance with applicable Philippine data protection laws including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173).

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the jl09 Platform shall first be submitted to jl09's customer support team for resolution. If the dispute cannot be resolved through good-faith negotiation within thirty (30) days, the parties agree to submit the dispute to the appropriate courts of the Philippines having jurisdiction over the matter.
